It is important to contact the call center at 650-723-6995 first in order to speak to a new patient coordinator to get registered in the Stanford system. They will confirm your information and check insurance as well. Then, the new patient coordinators will contact Dr. Chang’s primary technician to find an available spot, which may take awhile (calendar only opens 3 months ahead). If you have any outside records, it is easier to bring them to the appointment versus having them sent ahead of time. Feel free to leave a message in the form below.
