Ever wonder how Din Tai Fung Xiao Long Bao (DTF XLB) soup dumplings are made or the story about the original boba milk tea?
Next time you’re in Taipei, I highly recommend booking a private 4 hr cooking class from Taiwanese culinary maestro Ivy Chen, https://kitchenivy.com/
She has 23+ yrs of experience and is a joy to learn from. We made the best fried porkchop bento style and night market style oyster omelet (and Charles Lin’s Taichung Ba Wan) from scratch.
Look for her on Netflix’s Somebody Feed Phil Season 7!

ODs and EyeMDs can get along (Bay Area Optometric Council CE)! silly to waste time and dollars with ‘not-a-doctor’ legislation - we should be lobbying together for better eye care coverage from government and insurers!
